Payment timelines vary depending on whether you are traveling to a Short Haul or Long Haul destination.
Short Haul Destinations
All Domestic India Trips, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, and Mauritius.

- 25% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 45 days of departure
- 50% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 30 days of departure
- 75% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 20 days of departure
- 100% of total tour cost
Long Haul Destinations
Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, and South America.

- At the time of booking
- INR 40,000 per person OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 45 days of departure
- 50% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 30 days of departure
- 75% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 20 days of departure
- 100% of total tour cost
- Important Notes
- Full airfare payment is required at the time of flight ticket issuance.
- Non-refundable services included in your package must be paid in full at the time of booking.
