Short Haul Destinations
(Domestic Trips, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, and similar destinations)
- Timeline (Before Departure)

- 25% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 45 days of departure
- 50% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 30 days of departure
- 75% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 20 days of departure
- 100% of total tour cost
Long Haul Destinations
(Europe, UK, Scotland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, South America, Jordan, Israel, and similar destinations)
- Timeline (Before Departure)
- Payment Required
- At the time of booking
- INR 40,000 per person OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 45 days of departure
- 50% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 30 days of departure
- 75% of total tour cost OR applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Within 20 days of departure
- 100% of total tour cost

- Full airfare payment is required at the time of flight ticket issuance.
