At Tripsiana, we strive to keep your booking process seamless. To maintain the highest standards of service and secure your reservations with global partners, the following payment schedules apply.

1. DESTINATION CLASSIFICATION

  • Short Haul: All Domestic India Trips, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, and Mauritius.
  • Long Haul: Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, and South America

2. SHORT HAUL PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For Domestic and Regional International trips.

3. LONG HAUL PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For Global/Intercontinental trips.

4. IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTES (THE FINE PRINT)

  • Airfare: For the issuance of flight tickets, 100% of the airfare amount must be paid upfront. Ticket prices are dynamic and are only secured upon full payment.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain luxury stays, boutique experiences, or cruise bookings are “Non-Refundable” by the supplier. These must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Peak Season Surcharge: Payment schedules may be accelerated during peak seasons (December/Summer holidays) or for special events (Festivals/Expos). Your dedicated Tripsiana agent will confirm any specific variations at the time of quotation.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: A convenience fee of 3% will be applicable on all payments made via Razorpay or other digital payment links. This fee is non-refundable.

5. OFFICIAL PAYMENT CHANNELS

To ensure the security of your funds, please adhere to the following:

  • Official Bank Details: Payments should only be made to the authorized Tripsiana bank accounts listed on your official Booking Voucher or payment page.
  • Fraud Prevention: Tripsiana never requests payments to personal bank accounts or via unofficial links. We are not responsible for losses incurred if payments are made to unauthorized accounts.
  • Confirmation: Once a transfer is made, please share the screenshot/UTR number with your Sales Agent to receive your Payment Receipt.

6. STATUTORY TAXES (GST & TCS)

  • GST: Applicable as per Government of India norms on all tour packages.
  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source): Mandatory for all international travel bookings. You are required to provide a valid PAN card at the time of payment. TCS certificates will be issued on a quarterly basis.
