The trip should fit the traveller — not the other way around.
That one idea is the whole reason Tripsiana exists. Here's how it started — and why it still runs everything we do.
Seema & Siddharth, founders
It started as a quiet frustration
Siddharth spent years inside the travel industry, and it taught him something that wouldn't sit right: the business was built to sell the same handful of packages to everyone — tuned for what converted, not for who was actually going. Same itineraries. Same rushed checklists. Same crowded "must-see" stops. He and Seema kept landing on the same question: why does nobody just build the trip around the person? Why does nobody just build the trip around the person?
So they started from a blank page
No funding. No big launch. Just a single destination and a quiet promise — to plan every trip the way they'd want their own family to travel. For a long stretch it was only the two of them: answering messages late into the night, building each itinerary by hand. Every traveller who came back happy was proof that the approach worked.
Then the right messages started coming
They weren't requests for "package number three." They were personal — an anniversary that had to be perfect, parents taking their first-ever flight, a group of friends who just wanted someone to handle the chaos so they could enjoy it. They planned each one end to end, until planning trips like that became the entire company. Those were the trips worth pouring everything into.
What Tripsiana is today
Still small. Still the two of them at the heart of it. Every journey is built from a blank page and your answers — never a template. A real person stays with you from your first message to your flight home. Pricing is honest, and you pay only once the plan feels right. We're not trying to be the biggest travel company in India. Just the one that genuinely listens.
We didn't set out to build the biggest travel company. We set out to build the one that actually listens.

The people who'll plan your trip
Not a call centre. Not a ticket queue. Just us — and we've been to the places we send you.
Seema
"A trip should feel personal enough that you forget how much work went into it."
Seema leads Tripsiana to a single standard: no detail too small, no preference ignored. She notices the things nobody else thought to ask — the acclimatisation day built into the Ladakh plan, the hotel that's five minutes quieter, the exact hour the sun hits the dunes. Every plan she touches feels effortless because so much care went in.
Siddharth
"I spent years learning how the industry sells trips. Now I get to make sure they're actually worth booking."
Siddharth came from years in travel marketing — where he saw exactly how the industry sells, and exactly what it gets wrong. At Tripsiana he builds the product, brings travellers in, and obsesses over making every itinerary feel effortless. He's the one answering your first message — often within the hour.
